About Hollie Rogge
Hollie Rogge has a heart for public service and preserving the values that strengthen families and promote goodness. She is a longtime resident of Eatonville, committed wife (married 26+ years to Karl), mother, and grandmother.
Hollie has dedicated over two decades of her life to making Pierce County better every day through commitments to her family, community, and work ethic. She’s running for the Commission to assure any changes considered will strengthen our county and constrain government overreach.
Hollie is Deputy Director of a major metropolitan Parks and Recreation District, managing over 120 employees, leading operations across 50+ parks and community facilities, with a $48 million biennial budget. Prior to Parks, she led real property program initiatives for major infrastructure projects and land use needs at WSDOT and Pierce County. Her experience balancing government policy, legal frameworks, and community input offers a unique perspective when analyzing our County’s governing document.
Hollie’s skills and experience are critical assets needed for a rational review of our Charter based on principles, not preferences. She will bring common sense, integrity, and practical solutions to the table—ensuring our charter reflects the needs of today while planning wisely for tomorrow.
